Returns

Please follow the returns procedure as explained below, to enable us to process your return as quickly as possible.

You are not satisfied with your J&JOY order? No problem, you have 30 days to return items to us. If an item is faulty, please contact our customer services department for the fault to be checked (store.gdansk@jn-joy.pl).

Once we have received the items and examined them, we shall either exchange them or give you a refund. Items must be returned in the original packaging (or similarly sturdy packaging), together with the returns label you will have received by email. Please retain the original packaging and do not remove the labels. Of course, any returned items must not be soiled, torn or damaged.

If you wish to exchange the items, we will send you a credit note by email for the same amount as your returned item, as soon as our department receives your package.

N.B. If your purchase was a sales item or a reduced item, you will only be reimbursed with a credit note (valid for a year).

Please note that although we provide a quality service, we do not reimburse the cost of sending returns except if the item is faulty, in this case please send us your IBAN bank details, as well as your full name and your order number.

WHO ASSUMES THE SHIPPING COSTS ?

We cover shipping costs unless it is a return, then it is the buyer’s responsibility. In case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will refund them. Please, in case of a defect item, contact us first: store.gdansk@jn-joy.pl.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BRING THE PACKAGE BACK TO THE OFFICE IN WAREMME?

Yes, you just need to send an email to our customer service to make an appointment: store.gdansk@jn-joy.pl.

I RECEIVED AN ORDER NOT INTENDED FOR ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Easy peasy, you simply send an email to store.gdansk@jn-joy.pl including the reference number that is given in the package.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN MERCHANDISE IN A J&JOY STORE?
